Consultation & Specification

Fundamentally, Cirque supplies workplace furniture. Unlike many office furniture suppliers or consultants, we are not allied to any particular manufacturers and therefore provide a completely objective view of the market.

Cirque benefits greatly from having an incredibly wide range of expertise and experience in creating effective business environments and a great deal of purchasing power with our suppliers.

Combining all these factors allows us to find the best products for any particular project and acquire them at the lowest possible price.

Storage & Furniture Audits

During a reconfiguration or move we understand its important for our clients to understand what items within their current space can be re-used and how much storage is required, often storage requirements are over estimated.

During your move or reconfiguration we would carry out a detailed furniture and storage audit to allow our clients to make informed decisions and what is and isn’t required.

Design & Space Planning

Cirque has a large design team with an extensive range of skills from space planning through to 3D modelling. From taking a design brief or designing custom furniture pieces we have a wide range of skills and experience to support our clients of every walk of life. However, if you are after a more interactive approach, we can provide 360 or full virtual reality walkthroughs.

AV & Technology Integration

Technology is such an integral part of the 21st – century workplace and how technology is integrated within the furniture is often an afterthought.

Cirque will liaise directly with IT or AV specialists right at the beginning of a project to make sure the equipment that is being provided will integrate into the furniture seamlessly.

We are also able to provide bespoke furniture items that can fit around the relevant technology meaning we are flexible when it comes to one of the most important side of your business.

Project Management

From appointment a dedicated project manager will be assigned to your project. Your project manager will see the project (however large or small) through from point of order until successful handover and be your single point of contact. Our team of project managers have many years’ experience within the industry and specialise in the procurement, delivery and installation of contract furniture.

Rental & Finance Leasing

Furniture assets are ideal for leasing because they are discreet items, relocatable and easily valued. For many businesses it makes more sense to lease rather than buy for cash flow or tax reasons. Warehousing & Moves Management

Moving between locations or even within the same building can be logistically complex and potentially disruptive. Cirque has an enormous amount of experience in managing and implementing relocations:

  • Relocation of specialist IT equipment
  • Asset tracking

Many of our clients need to store furniture and other assets. Cirque has access to a number of secure storage locations and runs reliable inventory control systems so that our clients always have up to date records of what is in storage. Ergonomics & Occupational Health​

Cirque keeps up to date with the latest research on ergonomics and can arrange audits and training sessions as required.

We encourage our clients to adopt new working practices that improve the wellbeing. This is considering increasing evidence of the health issues connected with spending many hours seated.

As standard practice, if you purchase a sit-stand workstation, Cirque will organise a qualified DSE assessor to set up each individual user as we understand how important training is as part of the system.

Training & After Care

Cirque will train client staff in the correct use of any installed products and can arrange refresher courses – for instance in correct ergonomic use of workstations. We can also provide video training modules for use on company intranets. We also pride ourselves on the quality of our aftercare service, you won’t feel like ‘just another client’.
