A future-ready workspace in the heart of London, Huckletree at 8 Bishopsgate reimagines what a serviced office can be, placing sustainability, innovation, and community at its core.
We designed the scheme to move away from traditional corporate interiors, instead embracing a layered, flexible design that supports collaboration and evolving ways of working.
Sustainability played a key role throughout. Existing ceiling rafts were retained to reduce waste, limewash paints with low VOCs help improve air quality, and Altrock (a by-product of the marble industry), introduces a more conscious approach to material selection.
Thoughtfully zoned environments support neurodiverse needs, while shared moments are encouraged through hydration stations and breakout areas. A raised winter garden provides a calm, restorative retreat, balancing energy with stillness.
